3. AI Processing

CVNext uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist users with resume generation, resume improvement, cover letter creation, interview preparation, career guidance, and other career development features.

To provide these AI-assisted features, relevant user content may be securely processed through the OpenAI API solely for generating the requested output.

We only process the information necessary to perform the requested AI functionality.

CVNext does not use student content to build or train its own AI models.

Student personal information is never used for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. AI Service Providers

To deliver AI-powered features, CVNext works with trusted third-party AI service providers, including OpenAI.

These providers process information only for generating the requested AI response on behalf of CVNext.

We carefully select service providers that maintain appropriate security and privacy standards.

a) Android App Purchases
All in-app purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing in accordance with Google Play policies.

b) Website Payments
Payments made on our website (cvnext.ai) are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited, India. Razorpay handles all sensitive payment information in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

CVNext does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Personal information is shared only when necessary to:

Information belonging to one institution is never shared with another institution.

When an account is permanently deleted, personal information is removed from active systems within the applicable deletion timeframe unless retention is required by law.

Upon verification, we will permanently delete your personal data and resume data from our active systems within 7–15 business days, except where retention is required by law.

Once the deletion process has been completed, deleted accounts and associated user data cannot be recovered.

17. International Users

If you access CVNEXT from outside India, your information may be processed and stored in India or other countries where our service providers operate.
